**The role**
- Als_ _Digital Sales Specialist leid je bezoekers naar ons online sales kanaal en dan meteen naar de check-out_
In het kader van Search Engine Optimization verricht je geregeld Keyword Research en bepaal je de volgende stappen om onze lokale en globale online zichtbaarheid te verhogen. Je neemt de lead in Search Engine Optimization
- zowel als Search Engine Advertisement-projecten en werkt daarbij samen met externe marketingbureaus en andere belangrijke spelers. Je zet ook online marketingcampagnes op zoals mailings, ads en sociale media posts en werkt ernaar toe om Marketing Automation in gang te zetten.
Je verbetert onze customer's journey verder door onze webcontent te optimaliseren en de gebruikerservaring van bekende en onbekende bezoekers te finetunen. Je beheert ook onze chatbot en helpt potentiële klanten met al hun vragen, waarbij je regelmatig feedback uitwisselt met ons Global E-Commerce team. In een toekomstige fase zal marketing automation aan je scope worden toegevoegd. Je ondersteunt ons bij lead nurturing, het creëren van marketing automation flows om verkeer aan te sturen en conversie te verhogen op ons e-commerce platform.
En tant que Digital Sales Specialist, votre principal objectif est d'augmenter le trafic sur notre canal de vente en ligne et de guider les visiteurs directement vers le check-out
En mettant le Search Engine Optimization en pratique, vous effectuez régulièrement des recherches de mots-clés et définissez des actions de suivi pour améliorer nos performances en ligne locales et globales. Vous dirigez les projets Search Engine Optimization ainsi que Search Engine Advertisement tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos agences de marketing et d'autres utilisateurs clés. Vous mettez également en place des campagnes de marketing en ligne telles que des mailings, des annonces et des posts sur les médias sociaux et, dans un second temps, vous mettez en place des processus d'automatisation du marketing.
Vous améliorez encore le parcours de nos clients en optimisant notre contenu web et en peaufinant l'expérience utilisateur des visiteurs connus et inconnus. Vous gérez également notre chatbot et aidez les clients potentiels à répondre à toutes leurs questions, en échangeant régulièrement des commentaires avec notre équipe Global E-Commerce. Dans une étape ultérieure, l'automatisation du marketing sera ajoutée à votre champ d'action. Vous nous soutiendrez dans le lead nurturing, en créant des flux d'automatisation du marketing pour stimuler le trafic et augmenter la conversion sur notre plateforme de commerce électronique.
As a Digital Sales Specialist, your biggest goal is to increase traffic to our online sales channel and guide visitors straight to the check-out
Putting Search Engine Optimization into practice, you perform regular keyword research and define follow-up actions to improve our local and global online performance. You drive Search Engine Optimization as well as Search Engine Advertisement projects while working closely together with our marketing agencies and other key users. You’ll also set up online marketing campaigns such as mailings, ads, and social media posts and, in a next step, put into place marketing automation processes.
You’ll further improve our customer’s journey by optimizing our web content and finetuning the user experience of known and unknown visitors. You also manage our chatbot and assist potential customers with any questions they might have, exchanging feedback with our Global E-Commerce team regularly. In a future stage marketing automation will be added to your scope. You will support us in lead nurturing, creating marketing automation flows to drive traffic and increase conversion on our e-commerce platform.
