Welcome to Citymesh Connect Within the Connect team, the focus is on providing telecommunications services to businesses. As a Telecom Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring telecom equipment, like wireless systems, at our customers.

**Here’s What You’ll Dive Into**:
- ** On-site Installation**: Install and configure telecom equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and wireless systems at our customers.
- ** Technical Support & Service**: Provide excellent support and service by explaining technical details in simple terms, like “when it is best to use the 2.4Ghz wifi connection and when to use the 5Ghz”.
- ** Teamwork**: Together with the team of technicians and project managers you’re responsible for ensuring quality and excellent customer service.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Perform routine maintenance and quickly diagnose and repair any issues in the field, minimizing downtime for customers.
- ** Compliance & Safety**: Follow all safety protocols and ensure installations comply with standards and regulations.
- ** Site Visits & Installations**: Travel to various job sites across the area of West
- and East-Flanders.
**Must Have Qualities & Talents**:
- Experience in telecom installation.
- Valid Proximus certification.
- Accurate, precise and independent mindset and way of working.
- Driver’s license B, and willingness to travel across Flanders, Belgium.
- Flexibility and resilience are crucial in a customer-oriented environment.
- Strong communicative skills, both in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
