Voor een sterk groeiende speler in de wereld van HVAC en technieken zoek ik een flexibele Site Manager. **Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?**:

- Als aanspreekpunt op de werven ben je de schakel tussen jouw team van werfleiders, onderaannemers en de bouwheren.
- Jij zorgt voor de orde en netheid op de werf en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de algemene werforganisatie.
- Regelmatig overleg je met de projectleiders, en je houdt hen nauwgezet op de hoogte van de voortgang op de werven.
- Het bewaken van de projectplanning en het direct signaleren van mogelijke hindernissen voor vertraging aan de betrokken partijen zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Veiligheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel, en je waarborgt dit door het creëren van veilige werkomgevingen.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:

- Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
- HVAC en Technieken zijn bekend terrein voor jou; je hebt hierin uitgebreide kennis.
- Dankzij jouw helikopterview behoud je controle over de werf en het project.
- Je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en om uitdagende situaties aan te gaan.
- Een van jouw sterke punten is het motiveren van medewerkers, waardoor ze het beste van zichzelf geven.
