For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

RTD.H.DEP.IT partners with Commission services to deliver IT solutions for Research and Innovation, supporting EU digital policies.

Within the CIC, the team develops and maintains eEXPERTS and eGRANTS systems. The Communication team manages documentation, user guides, and updates for these systems, and seeks a Web Operations Manager.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

**Your role**
- Creation and management of wiki, collaborative sites and content management systems in general.
- Guidance and support users in the usage of wikis, collaborative sites and CMS.
- Guidance and support users in the usage of relevant tools.
- Technical analysis of the business requirements in view of providing an adequate solution within the platforms available.
- Implementation of solutions on existing technical platforms, including customisations required.
- Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of the collaboration spaces (confluence, sharepoint, CMS, M365/Teams, or within other custom Information systems)
- Frequent review of existing platform usage, correcting misalignments, while coordination with the space users
- Writing administration and usage procedure manuals.
- Participate and follow in corporate meetings and advances on the strategy and usage of these tools within the corporate environment.
- Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Good knowledge of Confluence wikis and its content administration.
- Good knowledge of Sharepoint sites and its content administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its content administration.
- Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements.
- Experience with end-user guidance.
- Knowledge of business process analysis.
- Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL)
- Provide administration of web sites, management of web pages, creation and maintenance of site topologies.
- Develop and maintain the architecture and design of collaborative end user documentation and communication web sites (wikis, etc.) with Confluence.
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks.
- Writing web procedure manuals.
- Realisation of videos (capsule and tutorials).
- Realisation of learning, EU-learn, captivate interactive quizzes.
- Realisation of UI interface.
- Managing newsletter using Newsroom.
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Help and provide guidelines concerning the use of information systems, assistance in software installation for the users, authoring of user documentation, preparation and provision of user training and provision of user information.
