We are on the lookout for a/an** **Support manager** **to join our team for working with European Institutions based in** **Brussels** in an **near site** position**.**

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

User Service Management (USM) in unit BUDG.R.4 oversees SUMMA and ABAC, ensuring their reliability, compliance with Financial Regulations, and continuous improvement. The unit handles change requests, ensures operational continuity, grants business authorizations, manages business knowledge, and provides first
- and second-level support to users.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

**Your role**
- Coordinate between the SUMMA project team and the service support team.
- Organize, implement, and maintain IS support.
- Manage IS services.
- Provide users with necessary information and oversee information sites.
- Manage and track user requests.
- Participate in user, service, and project meetings.
- Offer user guidance and information, particularly for financial information systems (SUMMA), with a focus on the SAP environment.
- Monitor and ensure service quality.
- Manage and report incidents related to information systems.
- Develop and organize user documentation for information systems.
- Maintain the Knowledge Database.

Who we think you are:

- Experience in providing end-user support for information systems.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL.
- Effective reporting skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL is an asset.
- Experience in reporting, creating dashboards, and tracking KPIs is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a productive yet friendly work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in an operational setting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting with users in a multilingual environment.
- Ability to collaborate well with colleagues.
- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues using standard deployment and release policies.

- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with ABAC is also beneficial.

In addition to the above knowledge and skills, one or more of the following:

- Familiarity with wikis, collaborative sites, and social networks.
- Experience working in an ITIL-structured service.
- Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP R3/SAP S/4HANA
