**Your tasks**
- Organization, implementation and maintenance of Information Systems Support and Service Management;
- Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites and support teams;
- Management and follow-up of user requests and service quality;
- Participation in user, service and project meetings.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in end-user support of information systems;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with ITIL;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in following-up of service quality (Capacity, availability, SLA breaches);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preparation of related documentation (User manuals, Problems report, KPI reports);
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in implementation of support processes (Incident management, Change management);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wiki and collaborative sites;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement related to service management;
- Minimum 3years of experience in Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow;
- ITIL foundation certification will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
