**Your new dream job?**
In this position, you will offer IT Support to HQ (50 people) & the members in an international setting. The main language is English. You offer support in a Windows environment. You will join a team of 2 colleagues, a junior IT Support Officer and the IT Manager, which means you will take up a medior position within the team. Besides offering support, you also work together with the IT Manager when it comes to IT projects.
Besides IT Support, there are two other aspects that will make this role very exciting:
- Business Analysis: you will be the bridge between the end-users of the ERP system & the developers, understanding the needs and translating this to technical requirements for the development team
- Data & Analytics: you will be the owner of PowerBI and the making of visualized dashboards
These last two tasks are things that you do not need experience in, but you are willing to learn and grow your skills

**Your profile**
For this position, we are looking for someone with a good technical baggage as well as the experience to take up a medior position within the team:
- You speak fluent English, any other local or European language is a plus
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an IT Support role
- You have good technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure: Windows systems, networks, VoIP, etc.
- You are communicative
- A first experience in project management is a plus
- A first experience with PowerBI is a plus, yet not needed
