**Role Snapshot**: This is your chance to be part of a vibrant four-person team, where your technical prowess and proactive problem-solving skills help keep millions of travellers on the move. As our on-call IT hero, you will tackle challenges head-on in a high-stakes environment that rewards agility and thought leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver critical IT support, ensuring robust operations across diverse airport platforms.
- Utilize your expertise in C# and/or.Net and/or JavaScript to diagnose and swiftly respond to software issues.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to enhance responsiveness and meet stringent SLAs-your role is crucial in avoiding financial fallbacks due to non-compliance.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, providing dependable resolutions when it matters most.
**What We Look For**:
- A tech enthusiast with a solid foundation in software development (especially Csharp,.Net, JavaScript). Experience with NoSQL, Cubana, and Python is a plus but not mandatory at all.
- Passion for cybersecurity and a knack for analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in **French and English is mandatory**; this role does not require Dutch.
