Vous fournissez un support IT de première ligne aux utilisateurs de Patronale Life et de ses filiales, afin que tous vos collègues puissent travailler sans problème sur leurs systèmes.
**Vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe de 4 personnes du département IT et vous êtes sous la responsabilité du ICT Manager.**
**Que faites-vous dans cette fonction** ?**
- Vous traitez les questions et les tickets qui arrivent via le système central de ticketing (ITSM).
- Vous fournissez une assistance sur site à tous les utilisateurs finaux, répondez à leurs questions et résolvez les problèmes.
- Vous fournissez le retour d'information nécessaire sur les problèmes informatiques à toutes les parties concernées (internes et externes),
- Vous créez des utilisateurs via Active Directory et O365.
- Vous créez et mettez à jour la documentation relative aux IT et faites ensuite un rapport aux IT Managers.
- Vous êtes une personne orientée client, dotée d'une forte capacité de communication et qui tire son énergie de l'aide apportée à nos employés. Vous avez une forte volonté de prévenir les problèmes en apprenant continuellement sur le job et vous proposez vous-même des actions d'amélioration.

**Qui recherchons-nous ?**
- Vous avez de préférence 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste en informatique.
- Vous parlez couramment l'une des deux langues nationales, l'anglais étant un atout.
- Vous aimez avoir l'esprit d'équipe
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en:
- Windows 10 et Office 365
- Teams et SharePoint
- Active Directory
- Vous avez les connaissances nécessaires en matière de matériel (portables, imprimantes...)
- Connaissance de base des réseaux et des serveurs (DHCP, DNS, AD, firewalls,...)
- Téléphonie VOIP
- ITSM tickets tool
- VMWare
