**Role Overview**:
As a Support Manager within our Guidance and Support Team, you'll lead essential tasks in information systems support and user guidance. Responsibilities include incident management, user assistance, documentation coordination, training delivery, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize, implement, and maintain Information Systems support
- Manage incidents, including reporting and resolution
- Guide users on system usage and address requests
- Update internal documentation and offer personalized guidance
- Deliver IS and ICT trainings; coordinate collaborative platforms
- Handle IT communication to users and participate in testing

**Criteria for employment**:

- Bachelor's degree with 11+ years' professional experience
- Proven expertise in end-user support of IS
- Strong IT skills, Office Suite proficiency
- Knowledge of wiki and collaborative platforms
- Advantageous: ITIL certification
- Excellent English/French writing and presentation skills
- Proactive self-starter with coordination abilities
- Experience in diverse team collaboration
- Familiarity with e-Learning tools advantageous
- Knowledge of incident management systems, SMT is a plus
- Understanding of financial transaction circuits in Shared Management mode desirable
- Previous European Institutions experience beneficial
