Support Manager

**Your tasks**
- IT Service management, including management and follow-up of user requests as well as Management of incidents related to IT information systems;
- Contribution to wiki or collaborative sites and as well as conception and management of information system training;
- Organization of the reporting and preparation of guidance regarding the use of information systems;
- Participation in user, service and IT project meetings as well as interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT combined with 4 years of professional experience;
- Knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems;
- Good knowledge of ITIL;
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
- Ability to give presentations as well as analyse and understand problems and take steps to solve incidents efficiently;
- Good reporting skills, capability to write clear & structured documents and willingness to actively participate in meetings;
- Excellent command of the English language.
