In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Organisation, implementation and maintenance of (IS) support
- Coordination of support teams
- IS Service management
- Coordination with the project teams
- Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
- Follow-up of service quality
- Management and follow-up of user requests
- Guidance regarding the use of information systems
- Management of incidents related to information systems; organisation of the reporting
- Conception and organisation of user documentation for information systems
- Conception and management of IS and ICT trainings
- Participation in user, service and project meetings
- Elaboration and implementation of relevant support processes
- Evaluation and implementation of security standards.
- Coordinate with database management teams and developers in the context of problem and impediment administration and management.
- Participate in defining and documenting operational procedures.
**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- IS Service management (minimum two years of experience)
- Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social
- Follow-up of service quality (minimum two years of experience).
- Knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems
- Good knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
- Good reporting skills
- knowledge of the WINDOWS or UNIX or Linux environment in the versions used in the European Institutionand the office automation tools MS-OFFICE.
- Ability to understand, speak and write English C1, French C1 will be an advantage
