**Your responsibilities**:
As IT Officer you will be the link between our IT service desk and Mazars employees.
- Centralize employee requests, process some, or refer them to the service desk
- Checking software updates for offices' screens and computers
- Preparing material for onboardings
- Managing invoices received by the service desk
- Involvement in the Mazars group’s IT

**About you**:
- You are someone who wants to move around, who doesn't like routine and wants to do a variety of tasks
- You want to help others and find solutions to their problems
- You have an interest in IT and administration
- You are organized and rigorous
- You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium
- You are comfortable working in English, Dutch and French
- Professional experience in administration is a plus
