**IT Support Officer**

**Functie**:
Als IT Support Officer rapporteer je aan de IT-directeur en bied je directe ondersteuning aan het IT
- managementteam op verschillende gebieden, zoals:

Procurement en facturering : offertes aanvragen bij leveranciers, bestelbonnen voorbereiden

en versturen, facturering bewaken, contracten invoeren in de CMDB en hun vervaldata

bewaken, enz.

Overheidsopdrachten : opstellen van het technische gedeelte van de bijzondere bestekken

op basis van de inbreng van de betrokken experts en managers, toezicht op de procedures

in samenwerking met de juridische dienst, vooranalyse van de offertes, opstellen van de

analyses van de offertes op basis van de input van de betrokken experts en managers,

contacten met de nationale IT-aankopen van Solidaris en met externe aankoopcentrales,

toezicht op de termijnen van de verschillende contracten, enz.

Aanwerving : contacten met scholen en partnerbedrijven, eerste analyse van sollicitaties,

gesprekken met kandidaten plannen, schriftelijke tests markeren, enz.

Aanwezigheidsbeheer voor de dienst (tussen 70 en 80 werknemers) : beheersing van de

geldende regels, dagelijkse aanwezigheidsregistratie, controle en dagelijkse verwerking van

verlofaanvragen en andere zaken, enz.

Administratief beheer: beheer van interne opdrachten, berekening van dagtarieven, opstellen

van administratieve en juridische documenten, enz.

Budget : het opstellen van meerjarenbudget op basis van de input van de betrokken experts

en managers, het bijwerken van het budget in verhouding tot de werkelijke uitgaven, het

berekenen van kostentoewijzingen aan andere entiteiten, enz.

Projectbeheer : Optreden als projectleider voor projecten die intern zijn voor de IT-dienst en

geen geavanceerde technische expertise vereisen (bijv. processen en tools voor het

formuleren en registreren van ondersteuningsverzoeken, processen met betrekking tot

personeelsbeheer, het beheren van de verhuizing van hele teams, enz.)

Procesbeheer : documentatie van processen op basis van input van de betrokken experts

en managers, en toezicht op de correcte toepassing van deze processen en de daaruit

voortvloeiende acties, enz.

**Profiel: **

Diploma hoger onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in een vakgebied dat relevant is

voor de functie

Sterke affiniteit met IT

Bedrevenheid in bureauticatools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, enz.)

Gestructureerd en methodisch

Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling

Goede leiderschapsvaardigheden

Goed niveau van het Frans (je bent in staat om documenten op te stellen en een gesprek

te voeren in het Frans)

Ervaring in operationele functies (applicatieontwikkeling en -onderhoud,
infrastructuurbeheer, enz.) binnen een IT-afdeling
