Als **IT First Line Support Officer **krijg jij heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:

- De gebruikers zijn jouw dankbaar voor jouw ondersteuning met hun hardware en software gebruik
- Incidenten analyseer je grondig en je gaat op zoek naar de meest efficiënte oplossing.
- Het verlenen van **remote** of **on site support** in geval van problemen.
- Zie jij iets waarvan je denkt, nou dat zou **efficiënter** kunnen? Geweldig Onze klant wil graag dat je **meedenkt** over de huidige manier van werken en luistert graag naar **jouw verbetervoorstellen.**
Onze klant is een **onafhankelijke, private holding die participaties ondersteunt om hun groeiambities te realiseren.**
Als familiale holding heeft zij een **lange-termijn visie en een hoge betrokkenheid** bij de bedrijven waarin zij participeert. Ze wil een bedrijvenbouwer zijn die investeert in een waaier van verticals waar ze toegevoegde waarde kan brengen. Als **IT** **First Line Support Officer** kan je je vinden in het volgende:
- Je hebt een **diploma in een IT-richting** en je hebt bij voorkeur een **eerste relevante werkervaring** als** first line support** **officer** kunnen opbouwen door effectieve werkervaring of een boeiende stage/vakantiejob;
- Heb je nog geen ervaring? Onze klant begeleidt jou en voorziet de juiste on the job opleiding.
- Je bent **vlot tweetalig in het Nederlands én het Frans**:
- ** Klantvriendelijkheid** staat voor jou op nummer 1. Ondanks de grote drukte en stress kan je steeds op een gepaste wijze de interne klanten te woord staan
- Pieken en dalen in support vormen voor jou geen probleem. Je houdt op elk moment het hoofd **koel**.
- Jouw ex-collega's of vrienden omschrijven jou als communicatief, klantvriendelijk, stressbestendig, probleemoplossend.
- Je bent in het bezit van een** rijbewijs B**.
- ** Flexibiliteit** kan jij garanderen tussen 07u30 en 17u30 in overleg met jouw collega's;
- Als rasechte **teamspeler** vind jij het fijn om** elke dag op kantoor **er samen voor te gaan. Homeworking is dus geen must have voor jou.
