Your responsibilities?

As a Second Line Support Officer, you are responsible for various front and back-office tasks within our customer care department.

A more concrete overview of your tasks?- From the second line, you are in telephone contact with customers or suppliers regarding more complex questions that could not be resolved in the first line and require a more specialized approach.-
- You prepare various reports at the request of our customers, e.g., payroll reporting.- You work closely with your colleagues, Fines Experts, in the team and support them in performing their tasks where necessary.

Who are we looking for?

- Excellent writing and communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.- Strong administrative skills.- Analytical approach and capacity to process and understand complex environments.- Experience in the leasing sector or fines management is a plus but not a must.
