TalenCia Consulting is currently looking for a 2nd line Support Agent for a renowned client.
**Location**: Brussels
**Contract duration**: Long Term
**Requirements**:
To maintain operational excellence, the Desktop Assistance team provides 2nd line support for all internal workstations. He or she works as an internal technical support person, resolving difficulties and issues on a daily basis.
Bachelor or science in IT technology or by experience
At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a same role
thorough understanding of the PC and IT office environment
thorough understanding of Windows 10 and MS Office programs
Working knowledge of or experience with a helpdesk tool (ServiceNow) is a valuable asset.
WebEx, Cisco video conferencing systems, and Airmedia technologies knowledge or experience is a plus.
Knowledge or experience of the ITIL basic procedures
Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment is an asset
Knowledge or experience of the ITIL basic processes
Multitasking ability in a fast-changing technological context
Flexible, motivated & a good team player
Customer-focused with excellent communication and documentation abilities
