**Your job**:
- Service Delivery Operator
- Full-time position
- Responsible for first-line support of internal users
- Divided into two main parts:
- Providing first-line support for various problems and analyzing whether to solve or escalate
- Ensuring smooth start for new employees by providing appropriate IT material, including software installation and user creation
- Part of a driven team responsible for internal support
**Your profile**:
- At least secondary education diploma in IT or equivalent experience
- Passion for IT and basic knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and hardware
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, Networking, and Software Deployment is a plus
- Empathetic, listening, and calm with excellent communication skills in Dutch
- Knowledge of French and English is an important asset
- Stress-resistant with the ability to multitask and remain professional
