**Essential Qualifications**
- ** 5+ years of experience with Windows 10 and 11 (use, configuration, troubleshooting)**:

- Strong command of Microsoft Office 365
- Basic understanding of software like MS Visio and Adobe products
- Basic command of DOS commands
- Proficiency in Active Directory for user management
- ** ITIL certification required (or prepared to get it on short term)**:

- Fundamental knowledge of VOIP systems
- Experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, POE, Wi-Fi, 802.1x, and horizontal cabling
- Basics of videoconferencing, domotica (meeting room tech), and troubleshooting for smartphones and GPRS
- Familiarity with staging and setting up hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals)
- Basic knowledge of VPN, network topology, VMware, and software virtualization

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French, with working knowledge of English
- Autonomy in task management and high attention to procedural detail
- Ability to create and update tickets, follow checklists, and ensure quality control
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, client orientation, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
