As an experience Service Desk Consultant your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a professional point of contact for our client via telephone, over internal channels, as well as face to face
- Managing incoming tickets while respecting the internal service level agreements
- Escalating issues to the L3 and system engineers when an adequate solution cannot be found
- Maintaining a sturdy IT knowledge base and doing the necessary documentation to facilitate the operations of the service desk
- Keeping the asset database up to date

**Have you got what it takes?**:
- You have at least 2 years of 2nd line support engineering experience
- You are well-versed in IT technologies such as Windows 10, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, O365,...
- You can work with autodesk softwares or want to expand your knowledge on this subjet
- You hold an ITIL certification or have proven experience with the ITIL way of working
- You have a driver's license so that you can visit other client sites when needed
- You are motivated, emphatic and are able to work autonomously as well as in team structures
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch and French, proficiency in English is a plus
