**Waar ga je werken?**
Een wereldwijde leider in verschillende zakelijke diensten, met een focus op duurzaamheid van het leven en gevestigd in Brussel.
**Als IT Helpdesk medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:
- Beantwoorden van vragen en ondersteuning bieden aan interne en externe klanten;
- Incidenten direct rapporteren en belanghebbenden op de hoogte houden;
- Incidenten en SLA’s monitoren voor tijdige oplossing;
- Diepgaand inzicht ontwikkelen in producten en diensten van het bedrijf;
- Klantproblemen diagnosticeren en oplossen, indien nodig escaleren;
- Monitoren en onderhouden van aangewezen systemen en applicaties;
- Zorgen voor onderhoud van IT-apparatuur en infrastructuur;
- Testen uitvoeren en incidenten oplossen vóór implementatie;
- Correcties en updates implementeren op primaire servers;
- Je denkt na over eventuele verbeteringen aan applicaties of systemen.
**Jouw profiel als IT Helpdesk medewerker**:
- Je hebt een achtergrond in IT-ondersteuning en hebt grote interesse in technologie;
- Je bezit sterke communicatie
- en teamvaardigheden;
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen en bent in staat om een grotere workload te dragen;
- Je kijkt er naar uit om je kennis en vaardigheden steeds uit te breiden;
- Je bent bekendheid met databases, ITIL Framework en documentatievaardigheden zijn een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Engels.
