Volkswagen D’Ieteren Finance (VDFin) is de onbetwiste leider op gebied van financiering voor particulieren en van de lange termijn verhuur van de wagens en vrachtwagens van de Groep Volkswagen in België: 37 jaar ervaring, ruim 128.000 wagens in eigen beheer en een perfecte synergie met het dealernetwerk van de merken Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche en MAN. Met als doel de mobiliteit van haar klanten te garanderen, biedt VDFin flexibele oplossingen, een kwalitatieve service, een correcte follow-up en doordachte adviezen.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Het toewijzen van wagens in het meest geschikte verkoopkanaal (B2B of B2C), rekening houdend met het expertiseverslag, de eerste inschrijvingsdatum, de kilometerstand, het type wagen, de stocksituatie en de verkoopresultaten. Dit op basis van feedback van het Sales Team en instructies van de Sales Manager.
- Het bepalen van een marktconforme pricing voor B2B-verkoop via veiling met behulp van de pricing tool, online beschikbare informatie en feedback van het Sales Team. Je staat ook in voor prijsherzieningen op basis van veilingresultaten.
- De pricing van de wagens die B2C verkocht worden bij My Way Kortenberg.
- De maandelijkse opvolging, in samenspraak met de Sales Manager, op basis van online-informatie, de verkoopresultaten, de stocksituatie en de feedback van het Sales Team.
- Het berekenen van restwaardes voor wagens waarvoor geen automatische berekening beschikbaar is (bv. in geval van een specifieke ombouw, bij een lancering van een nieuw model of als het gaat om merken die niet door D’Ieteren verdeeld worden). Dit met behulp van onze interne database van restwaardes en onze forecasting tool.
- Het inschatten en beslissen, met behulp van de voorziene tools, over het verhogen van de restwaardes in uitzonderlijke omstandigheden. Deze vraag komt meestal vanuit de Fleet of Retail.
- Het overleg met de afdelingen Risk & Controlling en de Brand Managers voor het bepalen van correcte curves zodat restwaardes correct kunnen berekend worden.
- De rapportage: je ontfermt je over de updates van de pricing tool en van het remarketing dashboard, over de maandelijkse rapporten die dienen opgemaakt te worden voor Volkswagen Financial Services, over de dagelijkse opvolging van B2B- en B2C-pricing, over het dagelijkse overzicht van beschikbare stock voor verkoop en over de rapportage met betrekking tot de remarketing-verkoop.
- De algemene administratieve taken, zoals het aanvullen van ontbrekende codes op basis van fabrieksgegevens en het creëren van voertuigen in het platform.
**Profiel**:
- Kennisniveau Bachelor/ Master of gelijkaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting
- Ervaring in de autosector en goede kennis van financieringsmethoden
- Kennis van MS Office (Excel) en een sterke affiniteit met allerlei IT-toepassingen
- Analytisch van geest
- Een goede communicator en je kan helder rapporteren
- Georganiseerd en nauwkeurig
- Assertief en zelfstandig
- Stressbestendig, weet goed prioriteiten te stellen
- Tweetalig (NL/FR), met een goede kennis van het Engels
