**Loxam BeLux** has 180 employees and the 3 divisions are in full expansion:
- Loxam **Rental**: responsible for the rental of professional construction equipment
- Loxam **Access**: specializes in the rental of aerial work platforms.
**Functie**:
Met het oog op de ontwikkeling van de commerciële activiteit van je agentschap, ga je als eindverantwoordelijke doordacht om met de beschikbare ressources van je profit center.
Enerzijds heb je een direct team van een 6-tal gemotiveerde collega’s, die dagelijks bijdragen aan de hoogstaande service, waar Loxam zich mee onderscheidt op de markt. Je staat verder ook in nauw contact met collega’s uit andere agentschappen of divisies, met wie je spontaan krachten bundelt om bij te dragen aan gezamenlijke successen.
Anderzijds beschik je over een uitgebreid, kwalitatief en modern machinepark, waarin continu wordt geïnvesteerd en dat inzet op innovatieve trends. Om je technical ressources zo efficiënt mogelijk in te zetten, krijg je praktische ondersteuning van een team van technische experten.
Om de groei van je agentschap en jouw persoonlijke groei zo succesvol mogelijk te maken, ondersteunt je management je eveneens bij het analyseren van je lokale markt, het bepalen of verbeteren van je (commerciële) aanpak en het succesvol behalen van je objectieven. Training rond optimaal gebruik van digitale tools, correct interpreteren van data, het verdiepen van je financieel inzicht of gepersonaliseerde (sales) coaching, zijn hierbij dan ook niet weg te denken.

Dit doe je door bestaande klantenrelaties te versterken en een bruisend professioneel netwerk op te bouwen door gerichte prospectie of actieve deelname aan lokale business initiatieven.- Je resultaatgerichtheid, doorzetting, uitgesproken passie voor service, nauwkeurigheid, creatieve mindset en commercieel inzicht, liggen aan de basis van je successen.Door je dynamische managementstijl en je voorbeeldgedrag smeedt je een vertrouwensband met de team en kan je hen motiveren om hun competenties verder te blijven verbeteren. Zo spring je spontaan bij op drukke momenten en geef je ondersteuning bij het behandelen van complexe dossiers. Je betrekt je team nauw in het dagelijks beheer van het agentschap, je communiceert proactief en transparant en verschaft hen inzicht in de resultaten en marges.Je garandeert een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van je agentschap en waakt erover dat iedereen de processen correct toepast. Je rapporteert op een kwalitatieve manier naar je management, je denkt constructief mee voor het vinden van oplossingen en stelt je op als ambassadeur bij het implementeren van nieuwe projecten.Je bent ervaring met CRM en ERP-pakketten en kan vlot overweg met Office 365-tools.Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, kennis van Engels is een plus.
- Je kijkt terug op een aantal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, waarbij je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een exploitatie droeg. Je bent minstens in het bezit van een bachelordiploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
