**Job Description**:
As part of our international development, we keep on growing our center of excellence in Malaga, Spain.
The Talan Academy trains the future stars of recruitment and sales for Talan International.
We offer you a permanent contract with Talan, with an initial year phase based in Malaga, Spain, within the Academy in order to be trained in recruitment and sales of our services (fixed price/contract/projects/consulting).
At the end of the 6/12 months, depending on your affinity and results, you will be oriented towards a Sales position in one of Talan International's subsidiaries (Switzerland/Luxembourg/Belgium/UK).
**YOU WILL WORK FOR THESE COUNTRIES FROM MALAGA**
As a Junior Consultant at the Talan Academy, your tasks will be to
Be trained in IT
Be trained in selling our services
Develop marketing and sales actions for the countries
Phoning/meeting making
Identify potential clients - sourcing
Reference the company with contractors
Negotiate service contracts
**Qualifications**:
**Profile required**
- **You are fluent in English (MUST HAVE) AND FRENCH or DUTCH.**:
- **You have a minimum of 5 years' higher education, such as an engineering school or business school.**:
- **You have at least a first experience as a Salesperson (minimum 6 months internship).**:
- **You have good interpersonal skills, are a good listener and have a good aptitude for sales and recruitment.**:
- **You are internationally mobile after 6 to 12 months/a year in Malaga**
