**What We Are Looking For**:
Bandwidth's People Services team designs, oversees, administrates, and supports all of Bandwidth's global employment programs that attract, engage, motivate, and retain our Bandmates around the world. The People Services Manager/Generalist works within the global People Services team to oversee the whole onboarding and offboarding lifecycle and employment matters for the Bandwidth International team members (10+ countries), as well as supporting the team in preparing and enforcing People Services-related compliance policies and contractual documentation.

The People Services Manager/Generalist will also coordinate with Bandwidth's Sr. Manager of Comp/Global Mobility in administering the immigration operations as part of onboarding new hires and company transfers.

**What You'll Do**:

- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, liaising with multiple teams (IT, L&D, hiring manager), exit interviews, and offboarding operations, including entering data into our HCM platform (Workday) and auditing all data for accuracy and compliance
- Oversee all documentation related to employee/contractor lifecycle from entry to exit. In particular with staff's job offers, contracts and addenda, other certifications, as well as exit documentation
- Organise new hires' travel and temporary accommodation or relocation to a new location if required during their onboarding
- Liaise with our outside immigration counsel and provide immigration support to the People Services team and hiring manager and process work permits, visas, expatriate status submissions, and organize employees' international mobility
- Maintain our employee contractual documentation templates up-to-date and compliant with local legislation and management of HR policies
- Maintain and file staff documentation and records in electronic form in our centralized employee storage software
- Being a focal point of contact for those onsite for all people services queries and questions. Directing Bandmates to the correct teams and raising awareness of anything onsite that requires attention with the relevant People Services contacts
- Helping to foster an inclusive culture and diversity through collaborating with Bandmates in the region, promoting company body/mind/spirit challenges, and ensuring Bandmates are aware of company initiatives accessible to them
- Partner up with the People Services team to implement best practices within the team and work on any other duties as assigned by leadership

**What You Need**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years' experience in the Human Resources field
- Knowledge of Human Resource (including Recruiting) processes, procedures, and practices and functional knowledge European employment laws and regulations
- Outstanding level of IT literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc)
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Any other European languages is a strong plus
- Pride yourself on accuracy and attention to all details
- Write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
- Able to work in an organised and structured manner
- Proactive, dynamic and hands-on approach
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- A creative problem solver, being cool, calm and collected in your approach
