Bleckmann is leading in the fashion & lifestyle logistics market in Europe, and offers specialized and integrated full supply chain services for the fashion & lifestyle industry. We take care of collecting, storage, warehousing and delivering of fashion and lifestyle items. From over 25 locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, UK and US we facilitate some of the most well-known designers and retail brands. To complement our solid focus in fashion, Bleckmann implemented a long-lasting presence in the travel, luxury, outdoor, sports and toys market.
**Internal Communications Manager**
As an Internal Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the internal communications strategy for our Bleckmann organization to ensure operational efficiency and support thought leadership. You will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure that all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values. You will create and deliver compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company’s culture.
**As the Internal Communications Manager, you will**:
- **_Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
- _Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s culture and values
- _Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
- _Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
- _Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
- _Manage crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date
- _Manage and maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
- _Manage internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture
**Profile**:
- Bachelor/master degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Communications or an equivalent by experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an end responsible for internal communications
- Passion for communication and excellent communicator
- Strong relationship building ability including sustaining long-term business relationships.
- Hands-on and being able to translate strategy
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Feeling at ease representing Bleckmann through different channels: international conferences, face to face meetings, public speaking
- Willing to travel to maintain open relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Fluency in English & Dutch
