**Your Profile**:
- You hold a master’s degree in Belgian law with an excellent academic record.
- You have minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm.
- You are fluent in French, you have an excellent knowledge of English, and minimum a good passive knowledge of Dutch.
- You thrive on being actively involved in M&A deals and working on stimulating transactions.
- You have a genuine interest and/or first experience in Corporate/M&A law.
- You work proactively and you are result driven.
- You are a team player and you communicate easily and effectively with your colleagues and clients.
- You are able to perform in-depth and creative analysis and to find pragmatic solutions that meet your clients’ requirements.
- You are eager to further develop your skills in a challenging and international working environment.
