Our client, active in the energy sector, is actively looking for a management assistant for the Accounting, Corporate Finance & Tax departments. Do you enjoy administrative tasks and have an affinity for numbers?
**Description**

As assistant to the heads of the Accounting, Corporate Finance & Tax departments, you will manage the following tasks:

- Organization of diary and mailbox;
- Preparing meetings;
- Telephone contacts and drafting of correspondence;
- Filing and translating various documents;
- Writing reports, notes, statistics and presentations;
- Welcoming visitors;
- organizing travel abroad;
You will also provide support for tasks specific to the Accounting, Corporate Finance & Tax departments, such as:

- Daily office management and maintenance;
- Management of purchase requisitions in SAP;
- Support for certain cost allocations;
- Management and follow-up of specific files;
- General administrative support.

**Profile**
- You have a bachelor's degree (A1) in executive secretarial work, office management or equivalent experience;
- You have at least 3 years' relevant experience;
- You are a team player, yet able to work independently;
- You are customer-oriented, flexible and stress-resistant;
- You are organized, take initiative and work accurately and efficiently;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English;
- You are fluent in MS Office;
- An affinity for figures and knowledge of SAP are assets.
