**Associate Director, CSSC Digital and Data Lead, All CCEP Locations**

**Job purpose**
- Accountable to drive digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation across CS&SC.
- Responsible for setting CS&SC's data strategy, to drive value through the effective use of data.
- Build a strong collaborative team with BPT to deliver the best in innovation for CS&SC.
- Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to deliver the Data Projects to guarantee the successful achievement of CS&SC goals.

**What will be expected of you**
- Develop, implement and communicate a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the CS&SC strategy.
- Identify and achieve target value of opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency in manufacturing, logistics and customer service.
- Create and develop a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prototype, and implement innovative solutions.
- Define the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) in CCEP, the benefits that CCEP will get from the use of technologies range from artificial intelligence (AI) to the Internet of Things (IoT). And how they will enable to our CS&SC to be successful to improve resilience, agility and sustainability.
- Define data-driven initiatives that will support the CS&SC goals and align them with Data and Analytics portfolio. Put the business context into the data to guarantee the successful development of the projects.
- Educate our CS&SC colleagues to build their interest in the value of information and encourage the learning of a wider skill set and look to right questions to be answer by the use of data.
- Work horizontal and not vertical, remove departmental silos and create a collaborative mindset of sharing information in CS&SC and with the other functions (BPT, P&C, )
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and startups to stay at the forefront of industry developments and achieve the best use of data.

**Qualifications required**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent knowledge of English language.

**Experience required**
- Proven experience of more than 15 years in a similar role.
- Background in big data, Data Governance and Data Analytics.
- Leadership and project management experience in crossfunctional initiatives.

**Technical skills required**
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, data governance anddata analytics.
- Knowledge and practical experience working in Data Analytics.
- Experience on leading digital initiatives, creating to idea, piloting/prototyping

**Behavioural competencies**
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit targets and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills able to form strong working relationships.
- Analytical skill, strongly strategic and conceptual thinking, communicative and cooperative working method.
- Strong Time Management and Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and able to switch between keeping an overview and diving into details, able to prioritize under strict deadlines.
- A problem solver and decision maker who strives for continuous improvement.
- Communicative competence for networking, conflict solution and organizational ability.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with the relevant stakeholders while maintaining independence.
