As a world leader in the provision of clinical diagnostics, forensic, pharmaceutical, food and environmental laboratory testing services, Eurofins has been able to draw on its scientific experience to develop a range of SARS-CoV-2 tests in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Job Description

As Head of Group Process Transformation, you will improve and digitalise processes performed by Group Service Centre functions (including, for example, Human Resources, Legal, Administration, Finance, Real Estate, knowledge management, etc), in order to significantly upgrade their speed, automation, accuracy, adoption, user-friendliness, and customer satisfaction. Your clients will be Eurofins operational companies.

More specifically, the Head of Group Process Transformation will:

- Lead and develop a team of ~30 across 4 areas: Group Master Data, Group Process improvement, HR Master Data and Processes, IT development and deployment
- Further develop and improve Group Master Data processes, governance and tools for Group structure objects (legal entities, Business unit structure, sites, etc)
- Build a coherent data model between the various digitalised processes
- Analyse, improve, and digitalise Group Processes across the Group Service Centre (including, for example, Human Resources, Legal, Administration, Finance, Real Estate, knowledge management, etc) and their interactions with companies in the Group, with the goal of improving the quality of service delivered to business and to the Group (quality, cost, speed, compliance, customer satisfaction)
- Formalise key concepts and processes in Eurofins Key Group Documents and Business Process Descriptions
- Build a data governance model to be implemented throughout the organisation, to ensure data security, confidentiality and access on a strict need-to-know basis only
- Lead a change management process throughout the Group to increase process adoption and compliance
- Lead other projects and initiatives that may arise _ad hoc_
- Propose and implement other Group transformation and digitalisation initiatives.

Qualifications
- One of the following examples of successful work experience is required: Deployment of a global Human Resource Information System; deployment and management of Group Master Data, Digitalisation of HR & Administrative processes
- Analytical, able to write precise documents while being attentive to details
- Persuasive skills; able to work collaboratively across functions and business lines
- Result and action-orientated; able to engage the team to deliver quicky and meet ambitious deadlines
