- We are currently looking for a Communications Expert.
**FUNCTIE**:
**Communication**:
Develop and implement the Digital Workplace communications to raise awareness about digital tools and lower barriers to using those tools while also helping colleagues embrace the opportunities in the modern digital workplace. This includes among other things the creation and publication of regular digital tips, articles and campaigns around Digital Workplace topics.
**Community management**:
Manage and engage the ambassador’s community of Digital Heroes (300 colleagues at Umicore sites helping their colleagues using digital workplace tools). This includes among other things organizing regular webinars to keep Digital Heroes informed on the latest Digital Workplace updates, recruiting and onboarding of new Digital Heroes, alignment with local Digital Hero programs and conducting an evaluation of the existing members.
Monitor the overall Enterprise Social Network (Viva Engage) and provide advice and support to the community managers.
**Projects**:
- Support and roll-out Digital Workplace projects and campaigns in collaboration with other internal departments. This includes among other things the organization of the annual Digital Hero Summit.
**FUNCTIE-EISEN**:
- For all tasks described above, English is the main language, i.e. all communication and community management materials are primarily created in English. A second language (German, Dutch, Korean, Chinese) is advantageous for the function.- Professional experience in communications and/or community management-
- Very good knowledge of all relevant Digital Workplace programmes (especially Microsoft 365)-
- Fluency in written and spoken English, a second language is welcome-
- High interest in digital trends-
- Passion for learning and communication-
- Soft skills: creativity, curiosity, customer orientation and taking initiative**AANBOD**:
