Nous recherchons un **Opérateur Aseptique** afin de renforcer notre département « **Stérile Production **», basé au sein de notre **campus UCB** Braine à **Braine l’Alleud**, **Belgique.**
**À propos du rôle**
- Vous effectuez les opérations de remplissage en zone aseptique
- Vous effectuez les opérations afin de garantir la qualité et la continuité au niveau de la production injectable
- Vous nettoyez les sas d’accès
- Vous réceptionnez et approvisionnez la zone aseptique en équipements et matériels stériles ;
- Vous effectuez le vide de ligne et nettoyez les équipements de production situés en zone A/B ;
- Vous complétez les IFs et les log books en fonction des opérations effectuées ;
- Vous veillez à l’ordre, à la propreté dans la zone aseptique et la gestion des déchets ;
- Vous contrôlez le nettoyage et vérifiez le statut des équipements et locaux de la zone de production aseptique ;
- Vous déchargez l’autoclave de stérilisation du matériel ;
- Vous contrôlez le matériel de production après la stérilisation et le stockage en zone aseptique ;
- Vous effectuez le monitoring d’environnement selon les procédures en vigueur ;
- Vous assurez le respect de la législation en vigueur, des règles de sécurité interne et des actions préventives.
**Ce que vous allez faire**
- Vous respectez les GMP, les procédures et instructions ainsi que les consignes de sécurité
- Vous réceptionnez et approvisionnez la zone aseptique en équipements et matériel stériles
- Vous effectuez le vide de ligne et nettoyer les équipements de production situés
- Vous veillez à l’ordre, à la propreté dans la zone aseptique et la gestion des déchets
- Vous déchargez l’autoclave de stérilisation du matériel
- Vous participer à la résolution des problèmes techniques en cours de production
- Vous participez aux maintenances des équipements en collaboration avec le responsable technique de la zone injectable ou son délégué
- Vous réagissez aux alarmes survenant sur les équipements en cours de remplissage
- Vous faites la revue des instructions de fabrication papier et ebr après production sur le terrain (clôture des rendements, vérification générale )
- Vous réalisez les commandes internes des articles codifiés (back-up employé administratif)
- Vous participez au Tier Meeting : vous complétez les indicateurs relatifs à la zone et remonte au Teamlead ou à son délégué les points du jour précédent
**Intéressé ? Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes**
- Vous possédez 5 ans d'expérience en manufacturing dans le secteur pharmaceutique
- Vous avez 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en zone aseptique
- Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des GMP
- Vous êtes rigoureux dans votre documentation
- Vous êtes flexible et avez un bon esprit d’équipe
