**Terumo **is een producent van medical devices. In Haasrode (Leuven) produceert Terumo zo'n 800 miljoen injectienaalden, injectieoplossingen, katheters en benodigde accessoires per jaar. Enerzijds ontwikkelen en produceren wij producten voor ziekenhuizen, anderzijds produceren wij specifiek ontwikkelde producten volgens de behoeften, de vragen en medicijnen van onze pharmaklanten. Om deze verregaande personalisatie mogelijk te maken, werd geïnvesteerd in een flexibel machinepark met een hoge mate van automatisatie. Met veel trots behaalden wij recent de titel van **Factory of the Future**, dat getuigt van een vooruitstrevende productietechnologie en een mensgerichte organisatie.
**Job Summary**:
Als logistiek planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bevoorraden van de u toegewezen machines, van de bestellingen van productiematerialen tot het maken, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning.
Daarnaast is hij/zij onze Key User voor het beheren van alle data en de opmaak van rapporten
**Responsibilities**:
- Je Werkt samen met de aankoopafdeling binnen de onderneming teneinde de aankopen te laten gebeuren in functie van de noden van de u toegewezen productiemachines.
- Je Bereidt de aankoop
- en afroep orders voor in het systeem volgens de vastgelegde bepalingen en verstuurt ze naar de leveranciers.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de optimale samenstelling van de voorraad grondstoffen en eveneens voor het onder controle houden van de totale voorraad.
- Je staat in voor het maken van de wekelijkse productieplanning rekening houdend met het nodige onderhoud, de lopende projecten en het zo efficiënt mogelijk aanwenden van productiecapaciteiten. (mensen/machines)
- Je functioneert als centraal communicatie-orgaan tussen de productieafdelingen, QA, maintenance en onze klanten. Zij anticiperen op de behoeften van de markt brengen deze over naar de productieafdelingen en QA maar evenwel door de restricties in productie en mogelijke vertragingen in de planning over te brengen naar de betrokken afdelingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct houden en bijsturen van de
mrp-parameters om zo tot een optimale planning te komen.
- In de key user rol ben je voortdurend bezig met continuous improvements.
Je bedenkt, test en rol uit nieuwe werkwijzen, nieuwe rapporten, correcties van fouten in bepaalde systemen zoals bvb SAP/BI. Je maakt complexe rapporten in Excel en verbetert deze waar nodig of gewenst.
**Profile Description**:
- Sterke interesse in Logistiek én IT
- Logistieke opleiding of gelijkgesteld door ervaring, met name in een planningfunctie in een productie omgeving
- Kennis van ERP pakket (SAP) en een krak in Excel om de uit het ERP gehaalde data in Excel verder te verwerken.
- BI en Power BI kennis is een plus
- Communicatief.
- Analytische en problem solving mindset
