What is the project about?
The Fulfilment Coordinator is end-to-end responsible for delivering Business products and services, including providing the necessary support, direction, advice and access to internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysing and processing all deliveries so that they can go through the predefined process in a technically feasible way, supporting technicians and customers.
- Preparing, defining and following up partial orders to internal and external parties so that the agreements made, delivery deadlines, SLAs are monitored or realized.
- Continuously inform customers and other involved parties (internal and/or external) about status, quality, progress of the tasks in order to optimize the cooperation.
- Keeping the documentation regarding delivered lines and services up to date by means of the provided tools and databases.
- Consolidate and report lead times to internal and external customers in order to monitor on this basis whether the execution process is efficient and in line with the agreed budgets and timings.
- Analyse the IT systems used and monitor the processes, with incident management and its follow-up/escalation being a necessary component, to support future IT releases

**Requirements**:

- Possess good understanding regarding processes and supporting systems.
- Ability to quickly familiarise oneself with new projects/ IT systems and quickly acquire new knowledge
- Experience in coordinating and following up on projects on a technical level and with strong focus on quality and correct time management (including for task allocation and prioritization).
- Have technical knowledge and analytical ability to solve technical problems on ongoing projects and orders.
- Have experience to function in an environment with continuous customer contact
- Be able to read and understand the customer such that needs can be addressed appropriately
- Professional and customer-oriented communication.
- Good stakeholder management to harmonize the divergent interests of different parties.
