**Un Project Manager dans les Panneaux Photovoltaïque **(h,f,x):
Pour travailler sur divers chantiers de la régions du Brabant Wallon.

Vous intégrez un département dynamique avec des collègues passionnés qui souhaitent développer le pôle énergie renouvelable d'une société stable et connue en Belgique.

**Responsabilités**:

- Vous gérez l'ensemble du cycle de projet, y compris la planification, la budgétisation et l'exécution.
- Vous coordonnez avec les équipes internes et externes pour assurer la livraison réussie des projets.
- Vous surveillez et contrôlez les indicateurs de performance clés tout au long du projet.
- Vous pouvez garantir la qualité, le respect des délais et du budget, ainsi que la conformité aux réglementations en vigueur.
- Vous fournissez des rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement des projets et recommander des améliorations.
- Vous êtes responsable des différents projets d’exécution photovoltaïque qui vous sont confiés tant au niveau devis que de l’exécution tenant compte de la technique, de la sécurité, de la main-d’œuvre, du planning et des finances.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi de la maintenance de diverses installations photovoltaïques
- Vous êtes capable de rendre vos projets rentables et d’obtenir la satisfaction du client tout en donnant une image performante et professionnelle de l’entreprise.
- Votre portefeuille de clients est basé en Belgique et principalement en Wallonie et Bruxelles.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez une expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets photovoltaïques, de préférence dans un rôle de Project Manager.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en gestion de projet, y compris la planification, la budgétisation et la coordination des équipes.
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des technologies et des normes du secteur des panneaux photovoltaïques.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication, en leadership et en résolution de problèmes.
- Vous êtes diplômé dans un domaine lié aux énergies renouvelables, à l'ingénierie, ingénieur industriel ou à la gestion de projet est un sérieux atout.
- Vous êtes un vrai teamplayer et maitrisez la communication, vous êtes organisé et sérieux, et vous avez le sens des chiffres.
- Vous utilisez avec aisance Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Vous êtes capable de donner des instructions claires à vos collèges pour réaliser des études, dessins,
- Vous êtes bilingue FR-NL
- Vous avez de l’expérience en marchés publics
