Pour renforcer notre équipe photovoltaïque/énergies renouvelables de VMA Sud, nous recherchons un CHEF DE PROJET/DEVISEUR pour notre site de Louvain-la-Neuve.
Filiale de CFE, VMA est une référence dans le domaine des techniques spéciales en bâtiments et de l’automatisation industrielle.
Les activités relatives aux techniques spéciales du bâtiment comprennent tant les techniques HVAC et de réfrigération que toutes les techniques de courant fort et de courant faible. De plus, VMA est expert en Gestion Technique Centralisée (GTC) permettant le contrôle et la visualisation de l’ensemble des techniques du bâtiment telles que l’éclairage, la détection incendie, le contrôle d’accès, l’appel infirmière, le HVAC, les ascenseurs etc.

**FONCTION**
- Vous êtes responsable des différents projets d’exécution photovoltaïque qui vous sont confiés tant au niveau devis que de l’exécution tenant compte de la technique, de la sécurité, de la main-d’œuvre, du planning et des finances.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi de la maintenance de diverses installations photovoltaïques
- Vous êtes capable de rendre vos projets rentables et d’obtenir la satisfaction du client tout en donnant une image performante et professionnelle de l’entreprise.
- Votre portefeuille de clients est basé en Belgique et principalement en Wallonie et Bruxelles.
**PROFIL**
- Vous avez une formation d’ingénieur industriel (ou équivalent)
- Vous avez 5 à 10 années d’expérience dont minimum 3 dans un poste similaire
- Vous êtes capable de rédiger une offre de prix complète en allant chercher les informations chez les personnes compétentes.
- Vous êtes un vrai teamplayer et maitrisez la communication, vous êtes organisé et sérieux, et vous avez le sens des chiffres.
- Vous utilisez avec aisance Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Vous êtes capable de donner des instructions claires à vos collèges pour réaliser des études, dessins
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Vous êtes bilingue : outre la maitrise parfaite du français, vous avez une bonne maitrise du néerlandais, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Vous avez de l’expérience en marchés publics
