Kolmont is een groeiende en ondernemende projectontwikkelaar en vastgoedinvesteerder met kantoor in Hasselt en Brussel.
Wij creëren het vastgoed van overmorgen, met strategische binnenstedelijke locaties die mee vormgeven aan de stad van de toekomst, maar ook met woon-, werk
- en beleefprojecten in de stadsrand.
De ambities van Kolmont reiken ver. Bedoeling is, te bevestigen en verder te groeien als topspeler in de Vlaamse ruit. Om deze ambitie te helpen realiseren, zijn we op zoek naar gedreven en ondernemende collega voor de functie van**_ A-Z Accountant_**.
Uitdagingen
- A-Z accounting op de Kolmont Invest-entiteiten
- Ad hoc ondersteuning voor de Development vennootschappen:
- Het volledige luik qua inboeken en btw-verwerking
- Het administratief verwerken, organiseren en rapporteren van de te ontvangen gelden van aktes in het verkoopproces, alsook de huurgelden van Kolmont Invest. Dit alles om de inkomende geldstromen boekhoudkundig correct te verwerken.
- Je staat in voor de boekhoudkundige aspecten bij: (i) inkomende geldstromen voor de volledige Kolmont groep, (ii) alles wat betreft de Invest-entiteiten qua inkomende en uitgaande facturatie, afrekeningen, opstellen facturen, (iii) bijboeken financiële ledgers, afpunting.
- Je springt ad hoc bij het verwerken van de inkomende facturen voor wat betreft de Development entiteiten.
- Je verwerkt de facturatieflow en de hiermee gekoppelde goedkeuringsflow alsook de financiële afpuntingen.
- Je helpt de senior accountant met de periodieke (kwartaalbasis) statutaire closings van de Invest-entiteiten en de Holding tot je dit op zelfstandige basis op jou kan nemen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging inzake debiteurenbeheer alsook het uitvoeren van controles hierop. Je ondersteunt het management met een degelijke rapportering hierover.
- Je staat in voor het eerstelijnscontact met de notarissen om de verkoopaktes te plannen. Je staat tevens in nauw contact met de projectleiders over de planning. Je kijkt inhoudelijk de verkoopaktes na en checkt de volledigheid van het dossier, aangeleverd door uitvoering. Je staat in ter afhandeling door de notaris aan wie het dossier bezorgd wordt.
Profiel
- Je hebt een bachelor in een economische richting, met major accountancy.
- Je hebt een gedegen kennis van boekhoudrecht en fiscaal recht.
- Je bezit praktische en theoretische kennis van de btw-wetgeving.
- Je hebt minimum 2 jaar professionele ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van de courante softwarepakketten.
- Je hebt een minimum eerste ervaring met analytische boekhouding.
- Je zal rapporteren aan de senior accountant.
- Je geeft zelf geen leiding, maar stuurt de administratieve medewerker finance aan in jouw vakgebieden.
