**Jouw werkplaats**
ALD Automotive is wereldleider in langetermijnleasing. We bieden leasingcontracten aan voor wagens en bestelwagens. We helpen onze klanten om hun wagenpark te beheren en werken globale mobiliteitsoplossingen uit.
Sinds onze start in 1965 vervoegden 250 medewerkers ons team. Onze ambitie? Een uitzonderlijke service bieden aan vlootbeheerders en bestuurders. Een uitdaging van formaat, die we inlossen met een wagenpark van ruim 60.000 voertuigen.
ALD Automotive maakt deel uit van de Société Générale-groep en stimuleert zijn medewerkers binnen een boeiend werkkader. U komt terecht in een gezond bedrijf dat economisch en commercieel solide is. **Jouw functie**
Als Insurance Claim Operator sta jij in voor de afdeling Insurance Claim op onze werklocatie in Evere. Je rapporteert aan de Insurance Supervisor en onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met onze klanten en partners. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:
Samen met je 8 collega’s sta je in voor de analyse en de verwerking van gemiddeld 15 schadeaangiftes per dag.
Je beheert je dossiers van A tot Z en zorgt voor de nodige aanpassingen en aanvullingen.
Met jouw kennis bepaal je de aansprakelijkheid van de aangiftes en draag je het dossier vervolgens over aan de juiste verzekeraar.
Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve stappen correct worden afgehandeld.
Je hebt veelvuldig telefonisch contact met onze klanten en houdt hen op de hoogte van het verloop van hun dossier.
Daarnaast heb je interne en externe contacten met experten, leveranciers, fleetmanagers, verzekeraars e.d.
**Jouw profiel**
Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma in de richting van verzekeringen.
Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de afhandeling van claims.
Je hebt een sterk denk
- en redeneervermogen.
Je houdt van administratie en communiceert vlot per mail of telefoon.
Je kunt omgaan met deadlines en houdt van een stevig werktempo.
Je bent een dynamisch, positief en leergierig persoon.
Je hebt zowel gesproken als geschreven een zeer goede kennis van NL, FR en EN.
Talen French Dutch; Flemish Onderwijs Bachelor Werkervaring 2+ years
