Our client is looking for an Auto, Fire & Family Claims Administrator to join their team
**Description**
For one of our insurance clients we are looking for an experienced Claims Administrator Varia.
Your duties include:
- opening new claim files: gathering information on the coverage, liability(s) and causal circumstances of the claim, analyzing the claim;
- accept or reject the claim,;
- communicate with all parties involved (internal and external) to ensure efficient exchange of information on a given claim file;
- appointing experts;
- make timely decisions according to the applicable rules;
- award compensation to involved parties;
- staying up to date with the latest regulations;
- etc.
**Profile**
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance or law. If you have relevant equivalent work experience, this will also be considered;
- You have experience in claims management in auto and/or fire;
- You have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of French and Dutch;
- Furthermore, you work well in a team, as well as independently;
- You are organized, customer oriented and respect deadlines;
- You have good analytical skills.
