Responsabilités clés:

- Gérer la paie de l'ensemble des employés de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que tous les salaires soient versés en temps et en heure et conformément aux réglementations en vigueur.
- Établir des politiques de rémunération compétitives pour attirer et retenir les meilleurs talents.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes d'avantages sociaux pour les employé (plan cafétaria)
- Veiller à ce que les régimes de retraite et d'assurance soient conformes aux réglementations en vigueur et gérés de manière efficace.
- Analyser les données de paie et les tendances du marché pour établir des prévisions de coûts et recommander des ajustements en conséquence.
- Fournir des conseils aux employés sur les questions liées à la paie, aux avantages sociaux et à la rémunération.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH et Finance pour garantir l'exactitude et l'intégrité des données de paie et de rémunération.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme en RH, finance, droit ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la paie et de la rémunération, idéalement dans un environnement international.
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations fiscales et de paie en vigueur.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de projet.
- Expérience de travail avec des systèmes de paie et de gestion des avantages sociaux.
- Forte éthique professionnelle et souci de la confidentialité.
