Facility manager, zo klinkt je titel. Als Facility manager ondersteun je de regiomanager bij het uitvoeren van projecten en bij het beheer van de gebouwen binnen een bepaalde regio. Daarnaast coördineer je je medewerkers en volg je hun activiteiten op de voet.
Een greep uit je heldendaden:
- Als coördinator bepaal je de operationele prioriteiten van de gebouwen en installaties. Indien de teamleader facility afwezig is, ondersteun en coördineer jij de medewerkers.
- Je evalueert en houdt de planning van het gebouwbeheer en van het onderhoud van de technische installaties in de gaten, bij onvoorziene problemen kan je de planning snel aanpassen.
- Coach is jouw bijnaam. Je ondersteunt en luistert naar de behoeften van de andere medewerkers, daarnaast zet je ook in op het verwerven van kennis en ervaring binnen het team en tracht je te bepalen welke vaardigheden nog ontwikkeld moeten worden. Functie-, plannings

- Iedereen weet jou te vinden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van de technische installaties en alle diensten inzake Facility Management. Je wordt betrokken bij grotere projecten en gaat ook hier in overleg met alle betrokken partijen, zowel de interne klant als externe partners zoals de Regie der Gebouwen of private aannemers. Bij operationele problemen ga je bijspringen en tracht je met de medewerkers een oplossing te zoeken.
- Je stemt de planning van je eigen team af met externe aannemers. Je plant en neemt deel aan vergaderingen met externe partners en plant met hun de nodige afspraken. You’ve got it all under control.
- Je hebt inzicht in de technische installatie van o.a. elektriciteit, liften, verwarming, sanitaire installaties,... Deze kennis helpt jou bij de samenwerking met (onderhouds-) firma’s, onderaannemers en externe leveranciers.
- Je deelt jouw kennis door draaiboeken op te stellen en deze te delen met andere medewerkers. Je integreert nieuwe reglementeringen in de procedures en tracht de werking continue te verbeteren. Daarnaast ben je leergierig en neem je deel aan technische werkgroepen en opleidingen.
- Binnen je functie en als specialist binnen je vakgebied geef je advies aan je collega’s.

Je zal tewerkgesteld worden bij het **Team Support** van de **Directie Buildings & Facilities** bij de FOD Justitie.
Er zijn momenteel 3 vacante plaatsen:
- Team support division Brussel; verantwoordelijk voor Brussel en Vlaams-Brabant (standplaats Justitiepaleis P1 - 1000 Brussel)
- Team support division Gent; verantwoordelijk voor Oost-Vlaanderen en West-Vlaanderen (standplaats Opgeeistenlaan 401 - 9000 Gent)
- Team support division Antwerpen; verantwoordelijk voor Antwerpen en Limburg (Bolivarplaats 20 - 2000 Antwerpen)
Het **Team Support** voert, in samenwerking met de diensten van de Regie der Gebouwen en de diensten belast met preventie en bescherming op het werk, volgende taken uit:
- het volledige takenpakket van projectontwerp voor alle werkzaamheden in het kader van de bouw, de uitbreiding of de verbetering van de gebouwen met het oog op een gepaste huisvesting voor de gerechtelijke diensten;
- zij zorgt voor de instandhouding (met inbegrip van het veiligheidsaspect) en het onderhoud van de gebouwen, in overleg met de Regie der Gebouwen;
- zij zorgt voor de uitrusting en de werking van de gerechtelijke diensten, dit in samenwerking met verschillende partners (bijvoorbeeld de stafdienst ICT).

**Loon**:
Minimum aanvangswedde: € 44.633,01 (bruto jaarsalaris, reeds aangepast aan de huidige index, reglementaire toelagen niet inbegrepen).
