**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Project Manager binnen de afdeling Facility Management ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer en de coördinatie van verschillende nationale technische roll-out projecten. Je werkt binnen een dynamische omgeving die gericht is op het beheer van een uitgebreide portefeuille van gebouwen en kantoren. Samen met je team zorg je voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van uiteenlopende projecten die bijdragen aan de optimalisatie en modernisering van de infrastructuur.

Concreet houdt dit in dat je:

- De studie, realisatie en opvolging van kleine, repetitieve projecten op een geautomatiseerde manier beheert.
- Als SPOC fungeert voor de programmabeheer van strategische partners, waarbij je het project bewaakt op vlak van scope, budget, capaciteit, risico’s en kwaliteit.
- Zorgt voor een flexibele aanpak van de verschillende programma’s, in nauwe samenwerking met service providers en andere stakeholders.
- Projecten zoals de ontmanteling van stand-alone cash sites, vervanging van ATM’s, infrastructuur aanpassingen en meer coördineert van begin tot einde.
- Verantwoordelijk bent voor de naleving van normen en standaarden, terwijl je binnen budget en deadlines opereert.
- Als voornaamste gesprekspartner fungeert voor interne en externe bouwpartners en samenwerkt met de Program Coordinator voor een optimale informatie-uitwisseling.

- Een bachelor of master in een architecturale of bouwtechnische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Een brede kennis van bouwdisciplines en ervaring in bouwprojectmanagement.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Een geldig rijbewijs en eigen vervoer, aangezien je regelmatig naar verschillende locaties reist.
- Een resultaatgerichte houding, met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en continu verbeteren.
- Creativiteit en ruimtelijk inzicht, evenals sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Het vermogen om technisch personeel aan te sturen, constructief te challengen en een netwerk van stakeholders te beheren.
