Operational Manager Quality

**Functie**
- Je neemt de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid over alle activiteiten aangaande (spare parts) quality.
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het team in geval van kwaliteitsproblemen.
- Je staat in voor de opmaak en opvolging van de operationele planning van jouw team zodat we als logistieke dienstverlener onze service kunnen garanderen en onze doelstellingen kunnen bereiken.
- Dit zal je kunnen realiseren door, elke dag opnieuw, jouw medewerkers te coachen en hen als 1 team naar de beoogde resultaten te begeleiden.
- Je bewaakt de Honda-standaarden op vlak van kwaliteit, leveringstijden, kostenbeheer, veiligheid en milieu. Waar nodig, stuur je bij en werk je actiepunten uit.
- In nauwe samenwerking met je team evalueer je de dagelijkse realisaties en de standaardprocessen en -procedures om bij te dragen aan continue verbetering.
- Je onderhoudt professionele en goede relaties met alle partijen binnen de Europese organisatie.

Functie-eisen*
- Je combineert je Bachelor diploma in een logistieke/technische richting met mínimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
- Je bent een geboren people manager die verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en vlot connecteert op verschillende niveaus.
- Je hands-on mentaliteit, resultaatgerichtheid en probleemoplossend vermogen behoren tot je sterkste troeven.
- Je bent sterk in planning en techniek en kwaliteit staat steeds voorop voor jou.
- Je hebt affiniteit met en bent geboeid door de wereld van auto’s en motorfietsen.
