**Bedrijf**:
Dit 4* hotel in Brussel is mooi gelegen en zeer goed bereikbaar. Ondanks de centrale locatie is het pand omgeven door veel groen. Het hotel heeft bijna 300 kamers, een ruim aanbod aan banketzalen en meeting rooms. Het publiek bestaat dan ook uit een ideale mix van corporate, MICE en leisure gasten. Naast de grote banquetingcapaciteit is hotel voorzien van een zeer ruime lobby, een restaurant met terras en een kleine shop.
**Taken**:
Als Finance Manager speel je een cruciale rol bij het beheren van de financiële aspecten binnen het hotel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een gezonde en sterke financiële situatie. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor het maximaliseren van de winstgevendheid. Als onderdeel van het managementteam sta je mee in voor het bepalen van de strategische visie. Een greep uit je financiële takenpakket:
- Je maakt **begrotingen **en financiële **prognoses **op en **rapporteert **deze aan de General Manager;
- Je ziet toe op **kredietverlenging **en de inning van **achterstallige betalingen**;
- Je beheert de **cashflow **en **liquiditeit **van het hotel;
- Je zorgt voor een nauwgezette opvolging van de **procedures;**:
- Je ondersteunt het team in het behalen van **omzetdoelstellingen;**:
- Je zorgt voor een accurate **boekhouding **en tijdige **rapportage;**:
- Je coördineert de maandelijkse **afsluitingsprocessen**.
**Profiel**:
De ideale kandidaat heeft minstens **enkele jaren ervaring **in een soortgelijke functie en omgeving. Het zou een grote plus zijn indien je reeds bekend bent met de unieke** financiële aspecten **van de **hotellerie**, zoals **revenuemanagement**, **bezettingsgraden**, **yield management** en **kostenstructuur.**
Je bent in staat om **financiële gegevens** te **analyseren **en te **interpreteren **om de prestaties van het hotel te **beoordelen**.
Verder ben je:
- Een echte teamplayer en een natuurlijke leidinggevende;
- Communicatief sterk zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Gekend met het PMS-systeem Opera;
- Hands-on en resultaatgericht;
- Engels
- en Franstalig, kennis van Nederlands is een plus.
