**Meer over de job**
- Als IT Support Specialist neem je een proactieve rol op in het ondersteunen van business en ICT. Hierbij volg je binnenkomende tickets op van onze collega’s op HQ en in onze showrooms in drie landen.
- Je werkt samen met je collega’s, de business analisten en diverse andere afdelingen om support issues te analyseren, op te lossen en proactief te voorkomen. Daarnaast verzorg je de onboarding van nieuwe collega's door hun pc's en software te installeren, en hen wegwijs te maken in onze omgeving en tools.
- Om support issues te verminderen, analyseer je problemen, betrek je andere teams indien nodig, verbeter je business procedures, en voeg je waardevolle updates toe aan gebruikershandleidingen.
- Je blijft up-to-date van wijzigingen in ICT tools door nieuwe functionaliteiten actief mee uit te testen.
- Je ondersteunt jouw ICT collega’s bij de uitrol en implementatie van grotere projecten, zoals de opstart van nieuwe showrooms.
- Je gaat aan de slag met PowerShell om het beheer van de systemen te automatiseren.
- Je werkt met technologieën zoals Cato Networks, Aruba, Azure, Microsoft 365, 3CX, en business applicaties zoals Tilroy, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, en Akeneo.

- Je hebt een Bachelor
- of Graduaatsdiploma in IT, of je hebt maximaal 3 à 4 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd, werkt proactief, en gaat analytisch te werk.
- Jouw flexibiliteit, gedrevenheid en leergierig karakter typeren jou.
- Geen probleem is te groot voor jou, en je kan zelfstandig de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
- We kunnen jou omschrijven als een teamplayer, en je bent klantvriendelijk ingesteld
- Je bent handig met pc-toepassingen en hebt een uitgebreide kennis van moderne communicatiemiddelen. Programma's zoals Office 365 en SharePoint zijn voor jou een tweede natuur. Je staat ook te popelen om meer te leren over Active Directory, Cato Networks en Microsoft Intune.
- Je blinkt uit in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Een must, gezien onze showrooms verspreid liggen over Vlaanderen, Wallonië, Nederland en Duitsland.
