**YOUR TASKS**
- At least 90% of your assignment will be spent on academic research.
- Finalisation of a research project for 1 year (1 November 2024 - 31 October 2025). The research project involves a new technology for determining the secretability of proteins in yeast in a massively parallel manner.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- You will soon obtain or hold a thesis-based doctorate in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Bioengineering.
- You have extensive research experience on working with DNA libraries, FACS, molecular biology and bioinformatics tools for processing next-gen sequencing data.
- You are a creative, collaborative person with a hands-on attitude and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
- Good English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) are essential for a successful selection.

**WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU**
- We offer you a contract of indefinite duration with a maximum term of 1 year.
- Your contract will start on 1/11/2024 at the earliest.
