**Wat doet een Digital Transformation Consultant bij Harmony?**:
- Als consultant krijg je de kans om grote bedrijven te ondersteunen in hun digitale transformatie projecten als business analyst, project manager, product owner of programma manager - afhankelijk van jouw talent & jouw ambities.- Je werkt op verschillende digitale transformatie projecten voor onze klanten die zich voornamelijk in de financiële of dienstverlenende sector situeren.-
- Op deze digitale projecten willen we de ideeën van onze klanten mee concretiseren en realiseren bv. ontwikkeling van een mobiele app of platform, implementatie van artificiële intelligentie en procesoptimalisatie en digitalisatie.-
- Dit betekent dat we, samen met de klant, concepten uittekenen, customer journeys in kaart brengen, business requirements identificeren/documenteren en het development team mee begeleiden.-
- We fungeren als facilitator die inzetbaar is in het project van A tot Z, van ideation tot testing.-
- Nadat je het ene project succesvol hebt afgerond, sta je klaar voor een nieuw, uitdagend project. De afwisseling en variatie motiveren jou om je te blijven ontwikkelen.-
- Onze klanten zijn grote bedrijven gelegen in het Brusselse of Antwerpse. We werken hybride: enkele dagen per week van bij de klant, van thuis of vanuit onze co-working spaces (Diegem of Hasselt).-
- Daarnaast bouw je ook mee aan de groei en verbetering van Harmony door deel uit te maken van een van de tribes en met nieuwe ideeën of initiatieven te komen en je kennis en ervaring te delen met je collega's.**Wat kan Harmony jou bieden?**:

- Je behaalde een masterdiploma en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in consultancy in het domein van procesoptimalisatie, innovatie of digitale transformatie.-
- Je bent sterk in projectmanagement en business modelling.-
- Je hebt een sterke ‘customer centered mindset’.-
- Je vrienden en collega’s omschrijven jou als een teamspeler die gemakkelijk initiatief neemt en die goed kan luisteren en capteren wat anderen nodig hebben.-
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
