**De functie inhoud**:
Als **Project leader**voor ons kantoor in de regio van Brugge zullen volgende taken op jouw agenda staan:

- Samen met jouw collega's zorgen voor de beste service aan zowel jouw consultants als aan jouw klanten
- Je bouwt een poule consultants op en zorgt voor geschikte projecten
- Aan tafel zitten en tarieven **onderhandelen** met decision-makers (CEO’s, HR managers) en samen met hen de juiste match maken
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw_ _**business van A tot Z** en je zal jouw volledige netwerk zelfstandig beheren
- Je beheert jouw poule aan consultants alsof het kinderspel is, jij zorgt er voor dat ze telkens op de juiste plek op het juiste moment zitten
- Autonomie in de invulling van jouw job
- Je verdiepen in verschillende bedrijven uit een uiteenlopende waaier van branches
- Je bouwt on
- en offline mee aan 'het merk' Bonnie

**Het profiel**:
Voor onze toekomstige **Project leader**in de regio van Brugge zijn we op zoek naar iemand met volgende troeven:

- Het leggen en onderhouden van contacten zit in jouw DNA
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op zak, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Van **targets** deins je niet terug, integendeel, ze vormen de brandstof voor jouw motivatie
- Jouw vrienden zouden jou omschrijven als een **charismatisch** en **betrokken** persoon.
- Een 'nee' is slechts een tijdelijke pitstop op weg naar een 'ja'. Jij zet alles op alles voor positieve resultaten
- Moeilijke gesprekken schrikken jou niet af en je toont** ownership**

**Over Bonnie**:
Bij Bonnie begeleiden we consultants naar hun eerste of volgende project. We zijn actief in West
- en Oost-Vlaanderen en werken voornamelijk vanuit onze uitvalsbasis in Oostkamp. Hier zit je samen op kantoor met de collega's van Noël Franklin, sfeer gegarandeerd
