Vanuit ons strategisch gelegen kantoor in Antwerpen ben jij de spil tussen het merk en de retailers in de BeLux-regio.
De voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je adviseert retailers en bouwt lokale marketingplannen uit.
- Je hebt een belangrijke adviserende rol bij de samenwerking tussen het merk en retailers.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor activatie, rapportage en opvolging van de retailactiviteiten in België en Luxemburg.
- Je beheert volledige projecten vanuit ons gunstig gelegen kantoor in Antwerpen.
- Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten.
- Je stelt duidelijke projectbriefings op.
- Je plant en volgt projecten nauwgezet op, met proactieve betrokkenheid bij creatieve concepten.
- Je beoordeelt en eventueel stuur je creatieve concepten bij.
- Je stelt budgetten en offertes op.
- Je zorgt voor nauwkeurige facturatie om de financiën op orde te houden.
- Je onderhoudt klant
- en leveranciersrelaties met een glimlach en sterke commerciële attitude.

Onze perfecte match heeft een Bachelor Marketing, Cross Media of Communicatie op zak. Heb je echter voldoende ervaring en kennis maar niet het juiste diploma, ben je uiteraard ook geknipt voor de job. Daarnaast sla je niet in paniek wanneer we hopen dat je volgende zaken beheerst:
- Je hebt ervaring in project management of marketing.
- Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent punctueel, zelfs wanneer er deadlines zijn.
- Je blinkt uit in communicatie en weet hoe je klantgericht kunt zijn.
- Stressbestendigheid is een van je sterke punten, je kunt omgaan met deadlines en onverwachte uitdagingen terwijl je vastberaden blijft om resultaten te behalen.
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je taken en projecten is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, en je handelt proactief om doelen te bereiken.
- Je bezit sterke sociale vaardigheden en draagt bij aan een prettige werksfeer. Als teamspeler ben je een waardevolle aanvulling en werk je effectief samen om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.
- Je bezit sterke organisatorische vaardigheden om projecten efficiënt te beheren.
- Je loopt niet gillend weg bij het woord Excelfile, analyse en reporting.
