Square City is vandaag op zoek naar een **Commercial Technical Buyer **in **Roeselare - Rumbeke** voor het team Material Recovery. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het onderzoeken van innovatieve verwerkingsmogelijkheden voor gevaarlijk en niet-gevaarlijk afval. Wil jij deel uitmaken van deze dynamische en vooruitstrevende omgeving?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je bent als Commercieel Technisch Inkoper gespecialiseerd in het verwerken en inzamelen van **gevaarlijk afval** en terugwinning van herbruikbare materialen;
- Je zoekt nieuwe partners, beheert bestaande contacten en **onderhandelt over offertes**;
- Je **analyseert **over kwaliteit, prijs en deadlines;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële, operationele en logistieke teams;
- Je onderhoudt graag **persoonlijke contacten** met onze binnen
- en buitenlandse partners om zo te komen tot een optimale samenwerking;
- Je zorgt voor een continue **leveranciersevaluatie**;
- Je bent in staat om **pro-actief te handelen en initiatief te nemen**;
- Je streeft samen met je collega’s naar een verdere optimalisatie van de Material Recovery. Door nieuwe methoden en processen toe te passen, streef je naar meer **efficiëntie** en **kostenbesparing**;
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een **masterdiploma **binnen de wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt enige werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, maar ook als pas afgestudeerde kom je in aanmerking;
- Je hebt een technische kennis van de materie en je markt
- en leverancierskennis is up-to-date;
- Je beschikt over **commercieel talent** en bent **administratief **sterk;
- Je bent **analytisch**, **resultaatgericht** en neemt **initiatief** om projecten grondig maar efficiënt af te ronden;
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** maar bent niet bang om ook Frans te spreken;
- Je kan werken met de office-pakketten (vnl. Excel) en het snel aanleren van een ERP pakket (AX) is voor jou geen probleem;
- Je hebt een **flexibele ingesteldheid** en vindt frequente verplaatsingen interessant, wat tot 60% van je tijd in beslag kan nemen;
- Je bent bereid om voor deze functie naar het buitenland te reizen, voornamelijk naar landen in Europa;
